Welcome Centre

Located at the entrance to the grounds is the Village reception and amenity centre. Not only does this building house the site management company, but it also provides valuable information about the island and its various activities, as well as a shop selling the basic necessities for your stay.

The Management Company is in charge of running the every day workings of the Village, as well as providing maid services (if required), organising special events and most of all making sure your stay with us is truly an unforgettable experience.

Rentals

It is envisaged that Trouya Beach Village, once completed, will attract the highest occupancy and rental prices possible.

When you purchase your property, you may, if you wish, take advantage of the 10 year tax free window and put it into the rental pool. We are currently finalising the rental rates. We can, however, confirm a Rental Guarantee Payment of 5% for the first year of a dedicated rental program.

Many clients do choose to join a rental program, to enjoy a ‘pay for itself’ investment. However, it is your property to use as much as you wish and therefore your choice.
